Hi, I’m Jerome.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, and I offer two distinct kinds of services. As a clinician, I can provide clinical care within the scope of my license, including assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy. Separately, I serve as a facilitator and guide within alternative and complementary therapeutic frameworks.
My facilitation work is not focused on diagnosis, treatment, or outcome-driven models. Instead, I offer guided experiences designed to support grounding, reflection, nervous system regulation, and personal insight. These experiences are not clinical in nature and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. I am always clear about which services are clinical and which are not.
I believe healing cannot be imposed from the outside. It happens when people are given the time, autonomy, and supportive conditions to listen to themselves. In my guided work, my role is not to fix or interpret, but to hold space, provide structure when helpful, and remain present as each person engages with their own internal process. If someone's needs call for clinical care, I can provide it separately within my clinical practice or help connect them with the right provider.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania, providing clinical services within the scope of my license, including assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy. I do not prescribe medication or provide medical advice. When a client's needs fall outside my scope, I will say so and help them find appropriate care. I coordinate with a client's other providers with their consent.
If at any point a person’s needs exceed the scope of what I can ethically offer, I prioritize transparency and encourage seeking appropriate professional support. Safety, consent, and clarity are non-negotiable.
Ethics, Boundaries, and Responsibility
My Approach
My approach is trauma-aware, consent-based, and collaborative. Every session begins with clear communication about boundaries, expectations, and choice. Participants are always encouraged to move at their own pace, to opt in or out of any aspect of an experience, and to communicate their needs openly.
Sessions may incorporate elements such as guided presence, breath awareness, sensory grounding, reflective prompts, or other non-clinical practices intended to support emotional and physical regulation. The focus is on awareness rather than analysis, and on experience rather than performance.
I intentionally avoid hierarchical or authority-based dynamics. You are the expert on your own experience. In this work, I act as a facilitator rather than a decision-maker, and I respect that each person's process is unique. Clinical care, when needed, is offered separately within my clinical practice, with its own consent and documentation.
